Btw, I have lots of items which do nothing, or don't work, or are quite weird (like a plate helm with int 8 and feeblemind charges), where can I get pricings for these?

Also, where can I find a good tradeboard for Lake Austin?

I'm sorry to tell ya that unless you can actually use the soulstone fragment ureself, its useless. They are account specific, i think its to stop scripters, working skills afk to sell on frags to make money.
