Catskills Still Down, Doing As Much As Possible:

First, I apologize for the lack of updates from us. But the trouble is, we have no new information on the situation with the Catskills shard to give you. The engineers are all 100% focused on solving this problem, and if they were to take time to explain things to the community team, it might delay getting the shard back where it belongs. Please know that the team will not stop working on this (they’ll stay the night if they have to) until you can log back in.

Updates will be added to this post, so stay tuned. And again, I apologize for the situation.

Update 5:19PST: We have a potential fix going to QA - no solid ETA yet.
