Im Gonna Make A New Char Ninjitsu/Stealth/Steal i Think :S Im new to uo Can i get some training help and what items to buy plx

It's early so don't know how much help I can offer.

You'll need a certain amount of hiding before you can train in stealth.

Hiding is easy to train, just takes time because you can only use the skill once every 7 or so seconds, just (attempt to) hide then un-hide if necessary, wait for the timer to be over, and hide again.

Training Stealth is as easy as walking around (no, really all you do is walk when hidden.)

If you can get there, and the spawn isn't bad, go to where the blackrock spires are located (seen in many threads on these forums, just look) and train there because gains will be larger.

Training stealing is easy and boring, there's a thread dedicated to it somewhere in here too.

Forgot to mention the only item you could use is the burglers bandana, and the shadow dancer leggings if you can afford them.

I got 30m how much would it cost for both?

burglers bandana is cheap, really cheap. If you spend more than 50k for it you got ripped, even that is cheap though.

I think I had some on a vendor for 10k and they just sat.

Not sure about the shadow dancer leggings, they may go for quite a few millions, but definately not anywhere near 30, probably 5-7 range, I could be off though. Prices on Doom arties vary from time to time.

Well, not really, just a bunch of reading/posting/stealing points here in the forums.

In the upper portion, to the left, you'll see "Special Features" click on that and get a menu and the option for EStore is one of the options. You get points for reading posts/posting here in the forums and you can use those points for a variety of things, color and appearance of your screen name are but a few things you can do.

UO Assist can help you with your Stealing and Hiding gains. You can actually train Hiding and Strealing at the same time, just need to get the timing right.

Hiding will need to be around 80 I belive before you have a chance to stealth

You will not need to GM stealth, I have 90 in that skill and I have a friend with 80 and we go everywhere with no problems at all.

I do recomend buying a +20 Power Scroll for Stealing, this will assure you of getting what you want the first time. Some of the items are in some nasty spawn and you dont want to fail your attempt, if you fail you cant use the Hide skill for 7 seconds nor can you attempt to steal again for 7 seconds and believe me that can be a very long time when there is a nasty spawn on you.

If you add Magery and Lockpicking to your Ninja as well you will be able to do chests in dungons. This can clear you an easy 20-30k every 20 minutes or so with no troubles at all.

When they created ninjas. They lowered the hiding requirement. You can actually begin stealthing at 50 hiding. Maybe even lower but that is what the "ninja" beginning template starts you with.

Fotunatly Ill have no problem then. im buyin an advanced char token which should raise me to 85 in hiding stealing ect. So

just remember when you going to use the ADV tokens, to pick two skills NOT in the normal template. Normally not a big deal, but for sure a time saver
