BLACKROCK INFECTED CHESTS EXSIST!!!


Ok today when i poped in on the ice fiends and killed them, at the next spawn a Black Rock Infected Ice Fiend appered and killed me as i stared in Awe!!!

After Finding a Healer (and you know how that can be near the Ice Caves)...
I went back and killed it...
Here are my notes:
It was black.
It highlights red
After it was dead it corpse looked like a shadow Wyvern Corpse (All Ghost Looking)
It was as easy to kill as a plain one allthought it did seem a bit fast and that what threw me off a bit...
It did contain the regular loot as well as a Blackrock Infected Wooden Chest.
This Chest is Like a GM Level Chest and has a level 5 map in it... (Do These Maps Give Special artifacts?) I do not know as i gave my map to the THB Public Box....

I'll have to try to find some on Pac this weekend... Thanks, thought they were only spawning in certain locations, guess they could be anywhere....

so far i have seen the one ice fiend and a hind and a great hind

I've heard their is a spot near blackrock area if you work skills you gain .2-.5 each gain instead of .1, any truth to this?

Hmm Great Harts about and around? That might help me with maxing out my taming... bulls are good too but if them blackrock crystal come alive like Maddux showed in screenshots I am... yet again going to be one dead Carpathia...

I've killed a couple of blackrock infected creatures (hinds, great harts) I guess they need to be higher fame creatures to have the chests on them huh??? Sadly, I have not gotten one yet.....

I guess I could do that... the easy way =P Actually I try to do that but with my all so high populated shard >_<

there is people usually already there doing the same or killing them for hides so... I just kind of run around with Jania and tame random things.. even things that I would not expect a skill up... it sometimes happens

But sense I die anyway... taming things that give .2 or whatever each would be nice... just have to make sure I do not got anything on me yoinkable because I do not know how well I would be against a blackrock critter... they do not seem like they are to nice

Sure is, works good too!! i went to the area yesterday and got allmost 8 points in spellweaver there. Honestly suprised there was not 100 people there.
After all it was posted on BNN and if you read that well then you would think folks would jump on it imo...

Where are you finding these creatures? In Ilshenar?

Santi,they can now be found randomly anywhere.There are even infected wandering healers now who will attack you so beware !!!!!
