Iphito's Promotion
Today was a pleasing day for the nation, we gained a new adelphi, and another adelphi' proved her worth enough to gain rank. Adelphi Iphito, became Proteryatis Phalanxa, the rank just below Stratigos. The Proteryatis Phalanxa is second in command to the Stratigos, and in the Stratigos' absence, takes her place. She won this right, as could anyone from the strateima.
