Cost of gold

My god the cost of gold is now $10/mil since the bust.......who would pay that much for gold!!

Give it a week or so and it will settle down again. Perhaps not to pre-bust lows though.

Personally I'd like to see gold at $20 to $30 per million again. Not because I sell gold, but because the in-game economy would benefit that much more. I know it's wishful thinking but you never know.

When I started playing (around AoS) you were lucky to see sellers going as low as 18 bucks/mil. And even that was usually if you bought at least 3...

I agree with Terrance. Having gold worth a fair amount of cash makes in game gold prices a bit more reasonable. I couldnt believe the prices of Arties and such when I came back...they semed quite a bit higher than when I left, and there had to be more of them!

Terrance hit it on the head. The higher the RL price the better for the ingame economy. Gold prices get cheaper when the market is flooded, so I love seeing it go higher.

I dunno where you're looking, but I have yet to see it rise to $10 per mill. The most I've seen so far is $4 per mill. Most sellers are still between the 2-2.5 range right now.
