Same for me as well. I always say "hi" back if someone says it first. It's the best way to know if it's one of us.

I usually try to say "Hi". Actually most players will respond back. So not sure if that helps me knowing who you are or not. Now if time is of the essence I just drop an EV next to them to see if they are a friend or not

Ev's are over rated, go for the explosion or mindblast, incase I am low in resists in those categories. Don't waist your time trying to "para" me.

EV's are easy to dispel...but they are sure fire way to tell if that person is friend or foe

. I don't always recognize guild tags. Before learning to use EV's I did drop an explosion, ebolt on a friendly. It was not appreciated

If you cant tell if they are friend or foe, then they are foe.

It matters not.. I ended up seeing black and white. Then I had to explain to guildies why it was ok for him to kill me, when some started to question why I was being attacked

I have not heard from Eowyna in a few days, I fear our enemies may have taken her prisoner. No ransom note has been recieved. *begins to search for Eowyna*

There seem to be a murderous lot looking for her. They may think we have her for ransom!!!

OH MY!!

Mayor it's OK. I am sure the Wolf will not harm anyone unnecessarily. It would be best if we could help find Eowyna though. As long as he knows she is safe it will be OK. Eowyna seems to have some persuasion/power with the Wolf. Yet his silver tongue has beguiled her innocent heart. I am not sure of the extent there devotion is to one another but suffice it to say they seem to watch out for each other.

*looks anxiously for Eoywna*
