I know that in the gargoyle city, usually goods are pretty cheap. I have heard of people going there for their arrow/bolt needs, as they are much cheaper than the more often used cities. There is also a stable and bank there, which is nice if you are hunting and want to be able to pick up a pet or bank your stuff while there....
