Eversince this reaper thing has started my mare and WW have acted fine up til this past sunday. My WW wants to head back into the stable when i claim him in luna and my mare simply walks off and walks back like 10-15 secs later even after i summon him.

Anyone know anything about this?? Im not the only person who is having this happen to them and its a real pain trying to use them when you have 50% control over them.

Perhaps your pets dont want to die, so they don't want to leave the stable. Actually, I have seen something similar to this with Hyrus. You cast "Bless" on them, and stable them before the spell wears off, they become "Dingy." Sorry, I dont know any known cure to fix it.

Hm that is strange... Maybe that is why my little Desertrose was acting WAY more sucidal than usual... I never got around the Grim Reaper stuff though so I do not know... Desertrose my little doggie fox thingy... she usually listens to everything I say unless she is hungrey but lately.. oh man has she been acting weird!

She runs into a HUGE mess of things and when I see her running in, I call out to her to come back but she stil just keeps going and then attacks. I have never seen her do that SO often before... I mean sometimes she can not help herself to go in and stuff but usually she is the type of puppy to stay back and wait... she is the runt of all Bake Kitusane (sp?) I tamed another with so many more HP (about 120 more hp) than her so she needs to be more careful and usually is but... not for 2 days now.

Maybe after all this event stuff she will be okay... I hope I hate hearing her yaulp when she dies. I try to run in there to save her but healing and the bandages doesn't do a thing when she has to many casting and hitting her =/

So I will go do little things until the holiday is over ^_^ Can not have pets dieing without good reason. Good challenging fight then sure but not to run in sucidally hehe

I was at a demon temple on fire island the other day and i got ganked by a couple demons and a dragon. My proxy swamp dragon started walking off. I went and got resed, and when i got back the swampie was gone. Logged out, logged back in, nothing. He just ran off and disappeared. I was pretty pissed, that thing was worth a lot

Maddux, i can see where bless would be a sort of cause considering i was stabling my mare and WW a few times in exchange for my Cu. and Mercenary....i understand your grief. I had one hella pimped out rune beetle and he too vanished!!! and yes he was attached to a summoning ball like the rest of my pets

It's because people are area peacing. When this happens your pet loses it's target.

They had to bring down the Atlantic shards last night... When they first announced they were going to bring down the shards for whatever reason... I was in the middle of trying to get my body... I had both my pets following not to far behind me... they were both dead.

I got all my stuff back, my loot box, bandages, etc... whatever I had in there.

I recalled back to my house to camp out for the night because it was late anyway about 2:00am

I log on today at the place where I died last night, without my loot box, and no pets. So I log out even though they should have been there... no pets. I pet my items on quickly even though I already done so before I logged out last night... I ran quickly to the stables and... I do not see them list =*(

I guess... they are gone somehow... I can not help I had to go get my body when they were bringing down the shards... *sigh* I figure sense I camped out instead of being booted out i'd be fine... but now my pets are gone... the stuff in my loot box I kind of wanted too but that wasn't nearly as imporant as loosing not one, but two friends.

Desertrose (Bake Kitusane) and Zekanon Zonddin (Swamp Dragon) Is there something I do not know, on prehaps bring them back? I know Desertrose was the runt of her kind but I really do like her especailly sense a friend of mine, probably distant friend now =/ tamed her for me... and the Zek I tamed him but still liked him alot.

Having such a good Halloween and to wake up to find 2 of my friends gone this morning is a start of a really crappy day =( Especailly sense Desertrose was my hunting buddy... all other pets are mounts... except one...

And that be my Cu Sidhe, lucky that one wasn't the one tooken away from me sense that will be my main hunting pet but but it is in the stables 'til 6 days later... darn it! Desertrose and I have had so many good battles togeather, things that amazed other players because they thought that pet was not capable of doing it and she was able too and atop of that she was a runt.

This makes me sad... what should I do? Is there away to get them back, can to GM's help me?

I am not sure what a Proxy is but I DO know that Swamp Dragon part of it and I am so sorry to hear about that =*( Can you get it back somehow, is this needed with GM assistance?

RMS Carpathia, I am sorry to hear of your loss.

As far as i know Carpathia there isnt a way. I lost my rune beetle. I rec'd the notice saying the shard was goin down. Arounnd that time something happened that i did what i needed to do to log out but when i had logged back on later that day i was back where i was and Vile was gone. 115 poisoning beetle with max gm gone with the snap of the fingers. So i've settle naturally for a weaker one til i can get some help to get a better bettle.

And i forget the person who did the post about area peace. I know about that cuz i use it as a last resort when needed. However, the problems that i'm experiencing arent from area peacing.
I went to compassion last night to get a tame gain. I hadta send Rage (mare) out to kill a savage and Rage simply walked straight up. i hadta run like 8 screens and fetch him and when i did he then followed me.......and i still have the problem so later on i'll try some tricks to see if it works.

So you got to log BEFORE the message that they are going to shut down the shards? How do you know when that comes? I hate for this to happen again especailly if I get very attached to my pets... which is very easy for me to do

Carp, the daily maintenance for Atlantic is around 2-2:30am PST. Where are you located? I usually try not to do anything important too when it's close to 2am.

Kentucky Eastern Time zone and ahh okay Thanks Ally! Is this for every night? I am usually not up that long... so that is why I never ran into the problem before
