1. nonconsentual pvp is on Feullica facet set. What you are more than likely familar with.

2. Housing is not too much of a problem. SOme servers are more crowded than others.

3. When you first log into the game, you will see latency and packet loss information on the servers, choose the best one for you.

4. You can solo most things, but super bosses (Peerless) you will need help.
