Does Evaluate Intelligence works with Spellweaving.?
Does it add more power to spellweaving spells or is it just for mages.?

Nope, It's basically SDI + Arcane Focus dependant.

its also very skill point dependant. Say you have 90 pts, a Wod Wont do as much, but if you have 120, you will see more damage.
