Black Hally and the Red Executioner's Axe

what would the price for each one be, I spotted a black hally (where are these from?) and just pricing those red executioner's axes for the one I "found" today

Those are bugged and can be created by yourself.

the price on the vendor for the black hally is 5 mil, amazing how many things are bugged or duped

I would not buy anything you know to be duped or you might wake up one day to find its been ' unduped ' and is worthless .Best to unfind such items also

I found it in an idoc and have the red axe in a chest at my house, would it just vanish with an update or is stuff like that bannable? I'm quite paranoid of having my account taken away.

I wouldn't worry about having your account taken away unless you yourself duped it. It is entirely possible that at some point it becomes a normal item tho.
