man thats too bad that all the events are done and really too bad that your coins got spent or turned into a check.

Yeah I have to say I was disappointed to find out today that the rat invasion last night at a certain time was "the event". I was on UO playing, but never knew the invasion started. I just assumed it wouldn't happen last night. Oh well I guess I need better resources to keep up to date when I'm logged into the game

The event was great. I had been checking the castle all day since we knew it was the big day for the mystery character (which I was hoping would actually be Sherry) and actually caught the start of the event just as I had come back home from getting some Taco Hell. Rats! Rats all over the place! Big rats too! They didn't even have [FL] over their heads! I was one of the only people looting them too, it seemed, even though I was shouting out "Loot the rat corpses!" I made it a special point to fight off the rats in Aileen's room since we all know she's a pompous aristocrat and was probably climbing the walls...

It was a great event though. Short, aye, but still good. Of course we had the same people crying about "this is dumb, no items, this is stupid" but you know that's going to happen at any event anymore. I think it's the whole reason those people come in the first place.

Hats off to the staff for an event well done!

I don't know about you guys, but I logged on 45 minutes after the event started on Cats, and it was already over. That sucked!
