Does anyone have any details about the Shard of the Dead?

Just got an email from UO about things they are working on and a I saw that they are in teh works on creating a shard of the dead. Did they do this before?
Is this a halloween thing?

I loved the Shard of the Dead. Can't wait till they bring it back up. Let me see if I can dig up some screenshots.

If Origin is that dead I would like to go there! hehe Atlantic is like... crawling with people not always a bad thing but I like shards with fewer people

It was a blast last year. Can't wait to play it again. With ToT still going it will be empty for a while....
