Does anyone know wher ei go to join theives guild?

Where do i go to join theives guild and can I be part of a regular guild when i join them?

Every town has a thief's guld master roaming around. Just have to search a bit.

you must have an unmodified 70 stealing or better to join.

I have been running around for almost 2 hrs trying to find one. I finally find one and she is on a roof....go figure

Stealing only has to be an unmodified 60 and you have to have 500-700 gold on you when you ask the Guildmaster to join. When you have the gold you will also be given a disguise kit.
