Can you all tell me if the Swampie stats & Griz Mare stats have been fixed or can still be dispelled? Do they stay perma bonded to you? What happens if you die? Can stable them? Do they die? Can you rez them? A lot of questions and appreciate anyone who can tell me more!

Honestly not sure if they have fixed the dispelled thing yet but yes they stay perma bonded and act as a bonded pet would..meaning:

You can rez the
You can stable them

if you die then they will most likely get killed to, if by chance they don't get killed they will just wander around the area you died in until you get back there all rezzed up. Only thing is since they are also considered a summoned pet they cannot be traded after released from thier statues.

HAH I was looking for this question a min ago and i have all the answers you need:
can still be dispelled: No they fixed that problem

What happens if you die: they act like a normal pet and sit there like a dumb thing
