so my focus is 100 aand i dont know what that does haha. it says im a gm stoic, but i dont know what that is. is focus important?

Focus and Meditation will both give you the title Stoic. Both are used for regenerating mana, and Focus regenerates Stamina, as well. Meditation is favored by Mages, and Focus is favored by warriors. Meditation regenerates mana faster than Focus does, but you must use armor without metal in it (leather, leaf). Focus doesn't regenerate as fast as Meditation does, but you can use whatever armor you like.

Focus is usually the first skill to be dropped when a warrior approaches his/her skill cap and is making hard decisions about what skills to keep. Mana and stamina can be leeched with weapons and regenerated with armor pieces.

I myself call Focus the walking-around skill, because when you first start a new character on a shard, Focus goes up like crazy just from walking around. :grin:
