I guess that pretty much explains why leeches had to be toned down, eh?
The only part that bugs me about the nerf is how hard it is now to figure out what's actually a good amount of leech on a weapon you loot, since the weapon speed affects it. Could find a weapon with 50% leech on it but then you realize it's a really slow weapon, so not sure if 50% is high or not since they could go upwards of 80% already...
Oh yeah, and in regards to the original question: weapons normally have a damage increase range of 0-50%. This can be surpassed by special artifact weapons or certain enhancements with special materials. A regular GM crafted weapon gets 35% damage increase (or DI as you'll often see mentioned). So pretty much anything from 40% up is good stuff. Of course with all the other properties now available, damage increase alone isn't the deciding factor on what's a good weapon.
