FC enhancing

I am starting to learn chiv but with the gear I have I am only a 2/6 chiv/mage. What items can I enhance to give me 2 more pts in fc and how?

I read somewhere in a post how someone added 1 pt in fc on their scrappers are there other items you can add fc too? I do have a scrappers.

Re: FC enhancing

I dont think you can enhance anything that will give you a bonus in FC/FCR unless it is randomly one of the bonuses from using BloodWood (Only Wooden Items can be enhanced with this). You can get the minor arty Helm of Swiftness to get more FC/FCR.

Re: FC enhancing

Heartwood is the wood that adds random properties, not bloodwood.

Hmmm, items that can naturally have FC on 'em are only jewelry, weapons and shields - the latter of which mean nothing to you if you're a mage, the FC is just negated by spellchanneling. So it's arty/marty stuff you'll be needing, like the above mentioned Helm of Swiftness, or Ornament of the Magician, or Arcane Shield, etc etc.

Re: FC enhancing

with heartwood, you will get sc from a -fc1 shield, i think that is what you were trying to say

I get 4/6 from a 1/3 ring, 1/2 brace, scappers 1/1 and arcane 1fc. I recently changed to an orny, so I could get 4/6 still, while using a mage weapon(swds of prosp)
