Upgrade codes go in the account management page (I believe subscription info tab)
To get the software you need to download it.

When you order the software off of UO.com you can Download it right then and there after payment is confirmed. After the software is downloaded and installed on your system you'll want to upgrade your account. For that you want to go here:

https://account.ea.com/myacct/uo/uo-hub.jsp?skin=uo

Then click under the "Modify An Account" on the "Edit Acct" button. From there you'll type in your user name and password and be taken to a page with info about the account.

Once logged in click on the the "Subscription Info" tab and if you haven't already applied game time to your account by means of Credit Card or Game Time Code then you'll want to click on the "Re-activate your Subscription" and apply it.

Now that you are all set up with your software and you game time you want to then registar your expantion to be completely up to date. To do this you'll want to click on the "Update Accout" link.

that's how you get all up to date, hope this helps. Sorry for the picture wasn't and implications of anything I just tend to over explain things sometimes lol.

Woo pictures! I STILL can not get into my account at all! I mean I can login and such but to actually go to "My UO" yeah... I can't get in... oh well

You figure it would be all the same logging in at MY UO as it would be my account but I guess not >_<

The "MY UO" is complete seperate from the Account page...you have to have a whole other username/PW for using the My UO.

So if you were to registar to the "My UO" Carpathia, you would be able to log into it, if I remember right you can use the exact same Username and password as your log in info. Not sure on that one though, I just know you do have the registar first
