Is it even possible to buy soulstones off vendors or is it possilbe but they are sooo rare?

I have one but I would like another to transfer skills alot faster.

Soulstones can be purchased from vendors, just make sure you buy a token and not an actual stone, as they are account bound. They aren't cheap though, here on atlantic they sell for around 12 mil. The way to go is to get soulstone Fragment tokens. They only have 5 uses but they are alot cheaper.

as a note, you also want the token for the fragment. If you buy an actual stone or fragment then it will be useless to you.

What are the prices on fragments? I would think with the new vet reward stones the fragment prices would drop considerably. (I have like 30 fragment tokens stuck away somewhere) The full stone prices should drop a lot as well I would think.

SS frags are 500k here on atl. Don't expect the price to drop too much as the rewards give an account bound stone as opposed to a token.

As far as I know the Vet Reward soulstones will appear right in your bank when you chose it from the reward list and not give you a token. So I honestly don't see it effecting the value of the soulstones cause you have to wait a year b4 getting one and some people don't want to wait that long to get a soulstone. There may be a slight flux but I don't predict a very large one.
