which lands can I build a house on?

I have played UO and left before the expansions came, since my house is gone I am going to build a new one, but which lands can I build on?

Malas, fel, tram, and tokuno. What shard? Maybe someone knows of a spot.

also remember you cant place inside a guard zone.

lake superior, I didn't think it would be hard to find a spot. I have heard the player population dwindled considerably.

a note about malas - you cannot place keeps or castles there.
