720 Skill cap

Do newer accounts still go up 5 points every year to get to 720? Or is my account stuck at 700 forever?

Yes, they go up 5 every year.

Don't feel bad, I'm only at 705 (soon to be 710) right now.

Yes they go up 5 points a year. But they should go up +5 EVERY year. 745 sounds good to me!
