Pick a spell (just one) within your range (if your at 40 Inscription use a 5th lvl spell) that uses the least amount of regs, and buy a ton of those regs.
You can create a macro in UOA that goes something like:
Use Item - Scribes Pen
Menu Selection - Create Last*
Menu Selection - Create Last*
etc. (create last as many time as you want, I do 10 for lower lvl spells)
Use Skill - Meditate
*Make sure you manually create the spell you want to do before running the macro, this way you don't have to make a new macro for every spell, just manually create the spell beforehand.
**other tips**
If you don't have Meditation, get it, if you do, get it as high as you can.
Try to create as many scrolls as you can that will use up 100 mana (if you have GM or above Meditation)
Max Mana is not necessary, as attempting to meditate while missing more than 100 mana usually ends up with a failure (even with 120 Meditation).
Wear as much Mana Regen as you can (boomstick helps too).
