Re: Do you remember?

Return to the little moonstone sized fishscale?
Or did you mean the armor it makes?

Re: Do you remember?

The following memories all came from Pacific. =P

Letting your little brother play your character while you were at work and coming home to find all your skills like 30 points lower. Asking him WTF? and him telling you he kept hitting the rez now button because he didnt want to loose the orc helm he found.
.. I hated him for that.

When the Virtue Guard guild on the Pacific shard had their guildstone in Lord Brits castle

When the poor beaten newbs outside of East Brit banded together into this massive 40 or so player army to exact revenge on Nose Goblin and his G^H guildmates.

Sitting inside the G^H house for almost a full day and passing loot from their chests to a friend outside the house every few hours.

Wandering around T2A completely lost the day after it went live. I found my way out four days later, trailing an army of tamed horses to sell in Brit.

Staring in disbelief as my guildmates slowly kept vanishing only to realize later on that they were being teleported to jail by a rogue GM so his pk friends could kill/loot us.

Showing all my friends my new title when they released the reputation patch.

Throwing away NO DRAW tiles because I thought they were trash.

When the Minoc Miner Caves were a sure hotspot.

Being taxed by BYZ North of Minoc.

Paging a GM because I heard that the PK who kept killing us in the Minoc Caves used UOE >=|

I have more but its 5 AM =/

Re: Do you remember?

When there was no trammel and when someone died at the bank everyone gathered around the body and waited for someone to grab something so they could call the guards.I miss fel being the only spot you could be.

I hope you meant Fel because 'Red raid parties' have never been able to go to Tram :cheesy:

Re: Do you remember?

I remember putting tents around our front door to keep people out and marking runes to recall within the safety zone. Of course you had to keep the runes in the bank in case you were killed.

Having a GM poisoner who's DP would kill you in 3 seconds flat.

Fighting with reds at Brit Crossroads.

Gating in Lich Lords to your house for training. GM's would remove them every Sunday, then you do it again.

NPC Red Mages with archery and super bows!

Getting my first GM skill. And for the record I was trying to get GM in cooking way back when and filled a whole house with food, and not gaining a point, I called a GM and was told Cooking was not a GM skill at that time.

Having a vendor in your house just to find out what the going price of items were.

Seeing a small house on top of a tower.

Actually seeing and visiting with a GM.

I know there are so many more things, some changes I miss, some I don't. This game changes alot, and I try to keep up with everything. My hope is that they don't make changes to complicated.

hahaha lag with paralize! That is a pretty good way to see how that spell works =P I would have never thought of that!

And uhh now WHY was you in jail with a GM beside you? You have to click F5 in order for it... and what? Hammer? Ah-Haha! I am confused! Why is hammers and F5 hotkeys bad?

Re: Do you remember?

That would be having a macro set to the F5 key and leaving something to hold the key down for the night, as in macroing unnattended

Sadly I'm such a noob that I can't contribute much more to this thread... my earliest memories are of me making a character with too little strength and trying lumberjacking to raise it only to realise I'm too weak to wield an axe, and then trying wrestling instead and getting my butt handed to me by a mongbat. Classic stuff.
