I am kinda new and I have found many items have skill mods but not the Boots, shoes or sandles why is this. I have even seen robes and cloaks with mods but no boots? A nice set of magic boots would be cool !

Thats not a bad idea. I wouldnt mind seeing something like that added into the game. Like say, "Boots of Swiftness" adding like +5 dex, or something along those lines.

You would think "water logged boots" would give a bonus to at least fishing.

or even "Sandals of Healing" obtainable from healers, which give a bonus to healing or even anatomy. There is alot of untapped potential. Imagine player venders stocked with shoes. If the Dev's improved woman's foot wear, alot of the female players will be happy, even without the mods. I wonder what the Ladies would pay for a pair of Jimmy Chu's heels?
