There are several good combinations. One good one is a mage with magery, eval intel, meditation, music, peacing, provoking and either spellweaving or discordance.
Another decent option is a Tamer with animal taming, animal lore, veterinary or eval intel, magery, meditation, music and peacing
Then there are warriors with a combat skill, healing, anatomy, tactics, parry (not as necessary if an archer though) or bushido, chivalry and focus.
There are many options. I don't suggest a combat skill combined with necro though, mine tends to fail casting necro most of the time while fencing... and her necro skill is around 115.

Do you mean when some one casts 'Consecrus Arma' and a little weapon image shoots up from the character? If so, that is a Paladin casting Consecrate Weapon which increases their wep's damage for a short time.
