I recently heard that they were going to be doing changes to the way resist is to be gained?! Im not 100% sure and wanted to know what or if anyone else has heard anything. If not! does the guide on the wiki site still work? Im wanting to build a new char with 120 resist and dont want to take years to get it up there. heh Advice?!?!?

clumsy. weaken. feeblemind on yourself and you will be there in no time. You can do it in your own house now too. Its really simple, I built up 3 characters resist last week, all on 1 guy, but would stone it off when done.

I thought it was on how it worked (meaning spells effected by and how), not on how to gain it.

not quite there to 120 yet. I built 2 to 110, and 1 to 100, still working on the 120s. I sit and work on it inbetween the 5 min waits to the next escort dude compassion thing. Work 2 things at once.

In the higher portion of the skill I noticed better gains with mana vamp and mana drain.

Also I think it's after you hit 60 or so you could summon 2 air eles and have them cast on you, in Tram of course.

Never read or heard of anyone trying, but if you have Spell Weaving and the Summon Fey spell, I would imagine 5 pixies casting on you would do wonders.

thats not a bad idea, 5 disposable pixies. But dont pixies have that 5 minute para thing they do.

You can always heal through the pixie gank.

In Tram you shouldn't be taking and damage, so being paralyzed shouldn't matter either. Just stand still and let them do their thing.

Go to twisted weald and let a satyr dicord you then cast on yourself.
