ok having some trouble here

I am doing the spellwaeving quest in heartwood.
I have done everything up to gathering 1 sack of flour, 10 jars of honey, and 20 fish steaks.

my problem is the honey!
I have been buying the honey from cooks but when I try to mark it for the quest it turns orange but dose not register in my quest list(still at 0)

I have tried to mark a stack of 10 jars and individual jars one at a time.

so is this a bug or is the honey obtained from some other source?

BTW the flour and fish steaks mark and register just fine.

I would contact a GM or submit a bug report, as I have never had that problem, and I have done the quest on 5 of my 6 chars.

I paged a GM and was very very very unhappy with his response!
told me to go to a fan sight and read a quest guide!!

I was very clear about the problem.I used real English and everything!!

I submitted a bug report on UO's website with a note about my message from the GM. logged out my chr in the middle of the quest in case they want more info but I doubt I will get a response after the one I got from the GM.

and I still can't finish the quest

Some quests are wierd there is one where i have to highlight a quest item for half the quest but not for the other half...

did all that several times. cost me lots of wood (250 a shot)

I think he needs to go find Paulus in ilesh, near the gypsy camp near the ancient wyrmm nest and demon valley.

ok I'll go look but I thought that was for the sealing wax for the library quest

update:
nope he is the wax guy just wanted me to go kill dire wolfs for him

finally got it to work I stayed logged off most of the day when I logged back on I did the monitor artifact quest and then got more honey and it worked not sure why. must have had something in a temp file messing it up.
