Oh well... maybe just bad luck. Didn't get to try it tonight tho. Lagging real bad, there's no way we could stay in Doom.

If you are the quester and leave the dungeon after summoning the Bone Deamon the the skull is lost. If you don't leave and you kill it the gold skull will show up in yout pack not on the Bone Deamon corpse.
