well, what you can do to up the respawn rate is start killing the blue healers, I found that helps a bit. Although you lose karma, its still worth it to speed up the rate. I have a route I setup, I go to mag, glow, west of destard, ilsh, outside of fire, then repeat. By the time my route finishes, they all respawn and are ready to be killed again!!
