It is reported that about 30 mins ago an idoc tower that was being camped on europa and full of goodies all of a sudden turned to 'like new'
name was - awaiting demolition
owner - OSI
and all the goodies in it vanished.
What is this?
I am told it had two empty vendors in it. so it this why it all of a sudden changed?

if it was due to the vendors then it would turn to "osi owned" from in danger of collapsing so sounds like it already did that. I checked with two of the best idocers on Sonoma and they both came back with the same conclusion ...

yes vendors do that to houses
then a gm comes whenever.. he comes and removes em.. and the house falls 1-6 hours after that

If it says "OSI" then there is a VERY good chance that the house will NOT fall in no matter what it says on the sign. For whatever reason the GM's will keep it up until they feel it is time to let it fall in.

Maybe the guy who owns the house / account is having an agrument with EA and until it is settled then EA will NOT let it fall it. It will happen it can be weeks or months for now until they allow it to fall unless they original owner returns back to game which can happen to.

If it says OSI, I usually just not even worry about them at all.

Ok i got an answer. If there are vendors there holding cash it wont fall until a gm removes the vendor. However, all the stuff inside it also vanishes and ive had an assurance its nothing to do with duping or in dispute accounts thats just how it is and it may be fixed in the future but not for a long time yet as devs are busy with more pressing things. Thx to all who replied.
