Newbie weapons no longer say that, so yep its a true rare. i'm not sure how much its worth though.

Yeah I have a hatchet that's a practice weapon, I also don't know the value. Hold onto it though, you may find it fetches you a pretty penny in the future.

I wonder what theya re worth. I have a sword, htchet, bow, and I believe a crook. Maybe I can sell them and pay for daughters college? (ok maybe not)

Their only unique because they carry the tag [practice weapon] which is no longer applied to newbie weapons.

They are indeed a rare, but unfortunately they are not uncommon and you can find them pretty easily on any shard really, so they don't fetch for much at all as there are a substantial amount of these floating around.

Nevertheless, I have seen newbiefied weapons for sale on Luna vendors from 50k, and up to 200k on inflated vendors.

Maybe just keep holding on to them for now, and hope they become more scarce as time goes by.

They're not as rare as you think. The most I've ever seen one go for is 200k, and I dont see it going for more than that anytime soon. Most of the people who would be willing to shell out 200k for such an item already have a few of their own.
