I heard from a good source they were buying UO. Anyone know?

Ok well, now I read EA is acquiring Mythic, then that can only mean, from what I heard, that Mythic will be taking over UO. Cause I heard from my source that they would be taking over UO. I had assumed it meant they were buying UO but now I see EA is buying them
