After seeing what kind of $$$ gold goes for on ebay, I will fund my first few years of my next mmorpg of choice... | Re: If you were leaving UO... I kept each of my chars suits they were wearing, banked my Fencers weapon collection, most of the gold I had, and a few other things... I think the most important things to me were my charcters armor (took me so long to get those suits just how I wanted them) and my Tamers Stables. If you come back with nothing but that, you still have enough to work youre way back to wherever you were. As previously stated, anything "irreplaceable" like Event items, true rares, etc. should also be banked. If no other reason, they make a nice "nest egg" for when you return.  |

| Re: If you were leaving UO... When I quit in early 2002, I just sold the whole account as is on some broker site because I figured I would not be coming back...yet here I am. Been back about 2 years now. I had to start from scratch when I came back, but all in all it wasn't to hard. It was MUCH easier than starting from scratch in '98.  Evil will always conquer over good, because good is dumb. |
