It seems empty in game if I dont have the music on low in the background.

In vent, we always give soooooooooooo much crap to anyone talking and we can hear the music in the background.. hehe.. Its just kinda like a tradition. The only sound I like to hear is when someone drops. 9 times out of 10 its me, but the 1 time when they drop its a good feeling to hear that Justice Jingle!!

I joined with 3rd Dawn and i loved that music, my favorite track was for Britain and Britain bank, but after that i didnt like the music at all. Music is on for me but i only like the soundtracks for Tokuno. Combat in dawn was so cool! i want the dawn box but i got something else.

I have music on for some of my characters, but not all of them. Mainly on the ones that don't do melee combat, because there lies my main beef with the music in UO: we need more different combat themes for different areas and regions. I get so annoyed listening to that same short looping combat music that I can't stand it.

Other than that, I like the U9/UO music just fine, some themes more than others. The sound effects are way more important to me though, various sounds give so much information on what's going on nearby that I'd be lost without 'em. Can always tell if a monster is roaring just outside the screen, can hear people crafting, can hear spells wearing off...

I always like playing with full sound and music, must admit when I've hunted liches near Gwenno's memorial I've always gone in to hear that tune... Really nice version of Stones that. Downloaded a few MP3s of UO music from a fan site ages ago, and of course the UO Parody songs are classics in themselves!

I've sometimes flicked music off for some of my own, though I like a lot of celtic music which goes pretty well with UO.

The only tune I dislike is the dungeon one which gets a bit tiresome after a while, but I might fiddle with music files if I log in again heh.
