  | Animated gif problems Gah this is driving me mad, i've been trying to extract some UO animations and convert them to GIF files When I do, the animation smears, on every single one I do! Here's an example  Anyone know what i'm doing wrong? What i'm doing is extracting them as AVI files via Inside uo, opening them in Imageready, setting the background to transparent, then saving as a gif.... | Re: Animated gif problems What I've done, and its been smooth, is extract via Inside UO, but then saving them as BMPs. Then mod'g as I want. Mass Convert to gifs, then us PSP's Animation shop to combine it all back together, and setting/managing the timing and looping delays. Lord F'Nor Emissary to Avalon the MoA Give them a Visit Quote:
