Is there anyone who would like a Shadowlords faction themed sig? I had begun working on one off a clever idea I had to use something very common to us all but never finished as, well, I don't anyone who plays Shadowlord characters...

*grins* Thank you, so do I. I have no intention of replacing this one, but I enjoy making sigs..might save this new one for someone else I might encounter who wants a sig done with Ultima themes.

I've made a few others as well:

This one above was never finished, but was made for a friend using her guild colors and a dragon, which is what she was after. I didn't like the huge empty spaces and it never was finished, but oh the work put into making that dragon blue/black (was originally very orange and gold).


Made for a good friend and continues to be used over on Stratics. Colored the Order shield that way as he was one of the handful of people to recieve a special Order shield as a reward from an EM, and it's that same color.

Oh, sigs are easy to make! They can be simple yet still look very good. Take mine for instance. All I did was take the image used for the UO login screen (at the time, only the one the 3D users saw...I'm a 2D player and had to open up InsideUO to get at it), crop out the section I liked using PaintShopPro (the old, old Windows 3.1 version), and inserted text using the color I wanted and a shadowing effect. Sounds complicated..but it super easy.

Use Google Images search for finding good backgrounds, or in-game screen captures. Scan something you like out of a book or a magazine.

You don't even need special programs! Many good sigs have been made using Windows Paint.

You can also post in a thread such as this one asking for someone to make you a sig. Many UO forum users enjoy making sigs for others. Just include what you'd like to be in it in general..any text..anything special...
