The Trial of Lord British.....the Judge is Named

Ever since PAS forces captured the traitor Lord British (some 2 weeks ago), I have had a series of decisions that needed to be made.
First, I decided to spare his life, so that he could face his accusers in a fair trial, to determine his fate. His past actions against the people of Sonoma certainly would have warranted an immediate execution.
Next, I ordered PAS to remove him from the Nujelm prison, and taken to a remote location. This was necessary, because we had a large number of citizens come to NJ to get a glance at him. Many want him dead, and I could not guarantee 24 hour security for him.
Then finally, I sought out a judge to handle the actual trial. A PAS judge was out of the question, due to the nature of our relationship to Lord British.
I sought the advice of many friends, and several of my enemies as well, in order to seek out the most fair and ethical person to handle this trial.
Several prominent names came up, but one name was repeated much more often than others, by both friends of mine, and enemies of mine.
I have sent a courier to offer this position to Maddwg. Most citizens will remember him from several high profile trials recently, and I am confident that he will handle this trial in an appropriate manner. Since this is such a unique case, I am allowing Maddwg to dictate all the rules and procedures that he feels would be appropriate.
I hope that he accepts this critical position, and I hope that Lord British is given a speedy and fair trial. When the truth comes out, he will be exposed as the traitor he is, and I believe justice will be served.
