I am currently thinknig of returning to play uo.
I havent played in around 3 years adn i was just wondering what the cost of a house is now?

From what I hear you can probably find a medium size plot to place a house on while you save up for a bigger one.

With four housing facets, Fel, Tram, Malas and Tokono there is plenty of housing available for those willing to look.

Ive seen 12*15s laying open in fel and often see 9*14 (3 story) in tram.

Its been a while scince i wanderd the wilderness so you can probally get better now. Even if you cant find a plot housing is realy cheap nowdays.

yeah don't sweat the housing issue... its no big deal anymore.. you should be able to find a good size plot just about anywhere... and if you willing to live in Fel... you won't have to look long.

There are two spots on the North-side of Covetous on the Felluca facet. The one next to my 18x18 which should fit a 13x9 two storey, and the one just around the corner (just to the west) will fit a 10x10.

I came back 2 months ago and placed on the 10x10 spot after selling my 8th Age gift token. Having a house next to a mountain, surrounded by trees, near an easy dungeon, and with minor spawn REALLY helped me get on my feet.

The 18x18 that was there when I placed eventually fell after a couple of weeks, then the house next to that fell about 2 weeks after I'd placed there.

I have just had a member back in UO after 5 yrs.he is having a whale of a time with all the new stuff since he last played.
