Can you give us a description of the house? Was it just a plot or is it customized? What style walls? Did you happen to notice what type of houses were around it?

NM, I found it. It's in Malas, in the Drylands. The coords are 4o 23'S, 69o 28'E. I'm on a newbie character so I can't mark a rune, but I can try to give you directions. From Umbra, go out the east gate and head south. You should end up at a mountain range very close to a cave entrance, find that entrance and go in. Follow the cave thru to the other side, from there continue heading south. Go around the abyss and when you hit the next mountain range head east. The plot is a screen or 2 north of the mountain range. There is an elven treehouse style house right in front of it named "Little Bean's Secret Garden" and it has 6 or 7 parrots in it.
