If you plan on being effective with the Archery, you need Tactics, I would say with what you have there, drop the heal and anat, try to build up a HP regen suit(the new woodland armor enhanced with bloodwood can build a nice suit) heal with SS, chiv and bushido, try to keep your karma somewhat positive or else you may not get the cleanse by fire if you are poisoned to work too well. You will need to add atleast like 110 resist.

I would say something like this if you are aiming for a necro archer
