an 18x18 is worth roughly 20mil and a keep is worth between 20-30mil and im not toatally sure on the tower but the footprint is a 16x14 so i would assume around 15-20mil because for some reason people really like towers. Location, spawn, and traffic also play a large factor in pricing as well.
