Production Shard Revert Feb 16 2006 2:43AM GMT (PST +08:00)
It has come to our attention that Mondain's 300th Anniversary Coins used in houses as decorations are decaying post Publish 39. We will be taking all of the shards published with Pub 39 down and will revert them to Publish 38. This will result in up to a 4 hour revert for some shards.

We will post a new Publish 39 schedule Thursday, February 16th at approximately 11:00AM PDT (7:00PM GMT).

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I haven't been able to play a single night this week and now that I have the time to play all the shards are down for the night

How is it that Pub 39 has been live on Origin for 6 days and no one noticed the Mondain's coin bug? What happened??

someone put an extra "." in the line for it .... j/k bad joke but trying to make light of the situation .....

when the uo world seems upside down .... get them to stand on thier heads

they might find the solution

Origin is such a young shard I suppose there's not many coins over there... a small number may have been transferred there, but the players may not have noticed anything in such short time (might not have even logged in), the coins may not have been locked down in houses, etc etc...

Actually, according to some Origin players, this was found and REPORTED via the bug reporting system. But it got published anyway. I do not understand the point of having something on Test for weeks then on Origin for almost a week, finding bugs and STILL pushing it to production. This isn't the first time it's happened. Several of the major bugs from ML beta that we reported made it to the live push. What's the good of testing and giving feedback if nothing's done?

In a way, I am glad it got reverted, because, I tried to enhance this bow, and it broke, so we got another chance at it later. hehe..

does this mean that everything i bought and sold last night has disappeared now?

publish 39 had not been deployed on Europa. so no revert for Europa??

Europa, Drach and Origin where the only 3 shards that did not get a revert. That was really odd to see them and TC as the ONLY choices on the shard list last night.

The most important thing I learned in 8 + years of playing UO is, NEVER do anything on patch day!
It will always find a way to bite you in the arse, especially when you think it won't.

Heck.. I try to not do anything that whole week! Risky as all get out to even take anything good out of your storage or bank! I don't even get off my mounts
