Anatomy or Tactics would depend upon your templete. If you have healing I would chose anatomy to be able to rez, and cure poison. If you use spirit speak, bushido confidence or ninjitsu shape change to heal yourself then I would go with tactics for the damage bonus. If you dont heal let me know what shard you play on and when your in fel.
