Have the same issue with a Keep ...
locked deeds all over the place and the owner could only retrive 4 of them ...
it says the character who placed can only get them ...
welp she is the one who placed all 40+++ of them and she is the owner

*GM Wolf eh??? hummmm no way to page a certain GM is there? ~ well dang!
