I remember when I couldnt type at all. Had to use my 2 index fingers and poke at a single key...wait a minute while I found the next letter to hit. How terrible that was! Now I can just find the homerow, as my high school teacher put it, start to type and stare at the television instead of the computer monitor. Usually I can correct a mistake without having to look at the monitor. Its nice to be able to complete something like a 200 word essay in less than 5 minutes instead of 30mins to an hour.
