It is my understanding that crafters can make Magical Items. I am working Bowcraft/Fletching, can I make magical bows? If so, how do I go about doing so?
Well, the new woods each have properties that they bestow upon items crafted from them and there are Runic Fletching Kits that will let you craft magical items with properties above and beyond the wood based ones and there are named magic items that you can craft with a normal tool if you have the corect recipe and the correct ingredients.
