Called a GM.. Wow am I impressed!

Been a while since ive called a GM and it sure has changed! When I submited my help question, I got an email stating what I had done. Then the GM appeared and fixed my problem straight away.

I then got an emailing asking me to follow a link and rate the customer service. Overall im very impressed with the new system! Well done EA!

There ya go.

Was it information that others may find useful? Or was it something only a GameMaster could correct?

I know many don't know they have to use an AXE on the reigndeer! Or that you double click the xmas trees to redeed.

Glad it worked out.

It really depends on what your problem is and what GM takes the message. Some seem to not really care or know much, while others are excellent and go above and beyond.

Re: Called a GM.. Wow am I impressed!

ive had some good responces from gm's the best were when they pulled me in when i paged on someone harassing me and went off about an item which wouldnt move. Another one was i got the canned 'we will review this persons account blah-blah-blah' message when i paged about a tenticle being behind the wall at a harrower

Re: Called a GM.. Wow am I impressed!

I've called a GM once for a 'stuck' item. Another time for my 'disappearing' pet problem.
Dont recall their names, but they were both quite helpful.

It was a little strange one time when I was going about my business in town and had a GM suddenly show up and start talking to me like I had sent in a page... that was a little confusing... little bit of mistaken identity I think.

I don't have any GM complaints, they've been professional the few times I've dealt with them. Thanks for the work they do.
