What's UO like now?

I'm thinking about coming back to UO after like.. 7 or 8 years now? Geez, I can't believe it's been that long. It used to be groups of reds vs groups of blues wherever you went. I loved that! How is PvP like now? Can anybody who has been around since the beginning give a brief recap on what today's UO is like vs. the early years? Thanks in advance.

That's a tough question...I only started playing about 4 or 5 years ago..so I'm not a good person to compare the old days with the new. Maybe someone else can do that for you.

But I can tell you it's changed a lot. That long ago I guess you would have played without Trammel??

There have been a lot of expansions...a ton of changes. We have a playable elf race, quests, a lot of new lands, customizable houses, a 3d client as well as 2d...umm...

I better question would be, what's not different? lol Anything specific you're interesting in knowing about?

PvP is something I don't do, I play in Trammel mostly.
